For the one who believes the cards know something. Three tarot cards stitched in full color run across the front — The High Priestess seated between her pillars in blue and teal, The Lovers under a radiant sun in orange and gold, and The Emperor on his throne in red and rust — each rendered with the linework and lettering of a classic deck. Seven embroidered butterflies land over and between them: monarchs in orange and black, two in soft yellow, a speckled brown one on the upper right, a green birdwing at center, and a jewel-toned one in magenta and blue at the lower corner. Natural canvas throughout with tonal handles, so the color has nowhere to hide.
Made once. Each piece is finished individually, so small differences in placement and coloration are part of the work.
