Return Policy for Custom-Made Goods

All items are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all custom-made goods are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We take great care to ensure accuracy and quality at every stage of production. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photographs of the issue. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Normal variations in color, texture, stitching, or material are inherent to handmade goods and are not considered defects, but rather part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers.
