A bison skull, stitched full-scale down the center panel — bone worked in whites and bruised greys with the hairline fractures drawn in, the hollows shadowed deep enough to have real weight. The horns are the surprise: indigo blue running out to the tips, wrapped in rawhide banding of copper and cream. You expect brown. You get blue. It's the whole reason this design works.
Above it, a ribbon banner in oxblood and tobacco — RIDE OR DIE in gold-outlined letters, the lettering borrowed from old rodeo posters and tattoo flash. The banner sits tight to the horns, close enough that the two patches read as one crest.
Off to the left, a pair of dice mid-roll in dark brown and rust with gold-edged pips. Because every outlaw is really just someone who liked their odds.
Finished with a hand-stitched bandana charm in gold and tan on a brass swivel clip, hung at the side where it swings when you walk.
