Born RareOne of One — New LL Bean Tote
Some totes have a print on them. This one has an entire moment.
This piece starts from a brand-new L.L.Bean Boat and Tote — a clean canvas with no history yet but the one we're about to give it.
A gold-outlined laughing Buddha sits at the center in soft teal robes, with "Born Rare, Staying That Way" arched above him and a shadowed "Good Vibes" in deep green anchoring the bottom. Around them we built a little constellation of talismans — an evil eye, a sun-and-moon yin yang stitched in gold, a gold moth with a pearl body, a coral heart with an eye at its center, and a tiny smiley for good measure. A dimensional pink rose in layered organza spills over the right side, the one soft thing in a lineup of sharp symbols.
One of One means exactly that: the only piece we made like this. Once it's gone, it won't be made again.
