The oldest insult in the West, dressed up like a prize.

That's the joke, and the patch commits to it completely. This is the most ornate piece in the series — a square, soft-cornered badge built in layers: a chocolate brown outer frame, a metallic gold band inset just inside it, then a second brown field where the real work happens. Symmetrical filigree scrolls unfurl across the top and bottom in dusty rose and deep brown, with gold flourishes running up the center axis like a maker's mark on an old saddle plate.

At the heart of it sits a shield-shaped cartouche filled in warm rose, worked with a directional stitch so the fill has grain to it. ALL HAT NO CATTLE is stitched across it in metallic gold, in a compact western slab type — small, confident, and absolutely certain of itself.

The whole thing is engineered to look expensive, which is what makes the line land. You have to get close enough to read it before the joke goes off.
