About Rebecca L. Grambo

beckyfoxAward-winning natural history writer and photographer Rebecca L. Grambo draws inspiration from the extensive library of images she and her husband, Glen, have made. Rebecca's years of crafting experience allow her to create designs in cross-stitch that are truly works of art. She loves the idea of sharing the beauty she sees everyday with stitchers everywhere.

Rebecca's designing must sometimes take a back seat to her other career as a respected and prolific non-fiction author. Although she only began writing in 1994, Rebecca has already created more than 25 award-winning books for adults and children. She is also in demand as a speaker/instructor and travels often to address groups about a variety of topics including outdoor photography, writing, and the many subjects covered in her books.  What are those subjects?  Take a look at Rebecca's books!

Did you know that Rebecca also creates limited edition prints of some of her wildlife drawings? Check them out!

What is Rebecca working on now?

Becky & CammyRebecca recently released The Great Sand Hills: A Prairie Oasis describing the natural and human history of a unique and threatened area in her home province. Lots of magazine articles, a new children's book (Digging the Klondike Gold Rush), and two big books (still a little hush-hush!) are keeping Rebecca hopping!

Rebecca and her husband, Glen, have finally launched their photo site www.grambophoto.com. Please drop in for a visit and check things out!

Rebecca has spent three summers in Wager Bay, Nunavut, which is now Ukkusiksalik National Park.  She is putting together a book on this amazing place -- have a look at some of her photos -- and hopes to return in 2007.

Want to keep up with these and Rebecca's many other projects?  You can find out the latest news by checking here frequently.
